Do I need any prior experience to ride a jet ski ?
- No prior experience is necessary, as our experienced instructors will provide you with all the necessary training and safety equipment.
Can I bring a passenger on the jet ski with me ?
- Yes, our jet skis are designed to carry up to two passengers. However, please note that prices may vary depending on the number of passengers.
What if I need to change my booking?
- If you need to change or modify your booking, simply call us on our Whatsapp number.
Should I tip my tour guide?
- If you feel your tour guide has provided a great experience, gratuities are encouraged— and welcomed—at the end of your tour. We believe that recognizing excellent service is a personal matter.
What is the cancellation policy ?

These rules and regulations are set in place for your own safety. Jet skiing might seem not too dangerous, but a mistake could change your life in just a split second. Some people have gotten injured because they rode a jet ski without familiarizing themselves with the safety rules. In each country, there are a certain set of rules to abide by for jet skiing. If you plan to travel to Koh Phangan, it is essential to understand what you have to comply to. Here are the things that you should know about jet skiing in Koh Phangan :

All drivers must have a government-issued photo ID to check in
You must be 18+ years old to drive
Please note that a safety lanyard (key) is attached to the Jet Ski driver at all times
Two guests are allowed per Jet Ski and cannot exceed a total combined weight of 490 lbs (225 kg)
Jet skiing is not legal at all beaches in Koh Phangan please ask our instructor if you decide to rent by the hour (which does not include a guide). With a tour you will always be accompanied by a professional guide
Once you rent a watercraft, you need to know how far you are allowed to go. Everyone shares the same sea for relaxation. This is why you cannot drive the craft in the designated areas for swimming. If you break this rule, there can be severe accidents and you may be submitted to a fine or even imprisonment.
These restricted areas are divided by a long rope and floats. You should not go near the rope and drive the jet ski somewhere else. Nevertheless, it is recommended that you stay no further than 500 meters away from the coastline.
There is also a speed limit while you are jet skiing. It is the law that you are permitted to drive the watercraft under the speed limit on the conditions warrant. If the water is not calm with big waves, you will not be able to jet ski as well. It is essential for you to obey these regulations. If you fail to do so, you will be faced with several charges by the authorities. It’s important to stay safe at all times. Make sure that the strap is secured and the whistle on the jacket works. You never know if something terrible is going to happen or not. It is your own responsibility to stay safe.

As Jet Ski falls under exclusion of Marine Hull Insurance (Pleasure Craft) and Jet Ski is more popular in Thailand. Company has developed Jet Ski Insurance as special insurance policy

Jet Ski Insurance Policy covers all private Jet Ski which may use in river, canal or sea area.

Section 1. Insurance terms and conditions
o To Cover Total Loss or Constructive Total Loss of Jet Ski, engine, fixtures including trailer for carrying Jet Ski caused by accident such as fire, overturning, collision with sea conveyances or land conveyances or any under water objects.
o Loading and unloading Jet Ski from trailer.
o To collide with all land conveyances during trailed for transport.
o Theft for the whole Jet Ski with violence means follows sum insured stated in the policy.

Section 2. Third Party Liability
o Indemnity for any sum or sums which the Assured shall become legally liability to pay as compensation Bodily Injury and Property Damage and Removal of the wreck including legal costs with written consent has been obtained as limit of liability stated in the policy.

Section 3. To cover losses or injuries to the insured person(s)

caused by an accident meanwhile embarking, disembarking or onboard the vessel as limit of liability stated in the policy.

Warranty
o The insured must keep Jet Ski in security place. To cover Jet Ski and engine in case of theft or robbery with forcible or violence entry to the insure premises of place to keep Jet Ski.
o In case mooring that is temporary, the owner must regularly check weather reports and take all necessary measures to keep the Jet Ski under watch at anchorage.
o The insured must take appropriate care for Jet Ski and keep it in SEAWORTHINESS conditions.
o Jet Ski must be used not far from 12 nautical miles from offshore.
o Drivers must well control Jet Ski or has knowledge as Marine Department requirement.

General Exclusion
o Loss of or damage to property insured or bodily injury of driver caused by racing.
o Pollution, property or bodily injury of third party caused by use of Jet Ski.
o Malicious act of the Insured or their employees to cause destruction or damage to the Jet Ski.
o Bodily injury or damage to third party during transportation by land and water conveyances or aircraft.
o Contractual agreement.
o Bodily injury of employee during overhaul or repair engine.
o Illegal use unless the Insured can prove that they are not in use for such evidence.
o Seizure, attachment, detention or destruction of property by officials, governmental organizations or agencies.
o Property damage or bodily injury caused by Asbestos.
